Even with a Residential parking permit you can not leave your vehicle parked more than 72 hours on any city street.This could possibly result in your car being towed. If you believe a vehicle has been abandoned you may submit a complaint online. All a vehicle has to do to be in compliance is to move the valve stems on the tires.
