If you aren't sure which Request Type to choose when submitting a request, you may always select Other/Miscellaneous. If you do, be advised that your request may have to be re-routed to the appropriate party.  This may cause a delay in the response from the City.  Choosing the appropriate Request Type when creating your request may expedite its processing.  Thank you.
